1. BONUS ALLOWANCE

1.1 All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per: person and their family, home address, email address, IP-address, telephone number, account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, payment system account (Neteller, Skrill, etc.), one electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.).

1.2 A player has the right to refuse any bonuses from the Casino.

2. PLAYER VERIFICATION

2.1 When gambling with bonus funds, all the winnings requested for withdrawal have to pass a check prior to payment processing. The Casino reserves the right to request the user to confirm the personal data and payment method data, including copies of documents (proof of ID/address/payment method etc), because of the check.

3. BONUS TIMES

3.1 Unless otherwise stated, all the bonuses are added according to UTC time zone.

4. BONUS LIMITATIONS

4.1 All deposit bonuses have a minimum deposit requirement for obtaining the bonus, limitation of the maximum possible bonus amount, wagering terms, limitation of the maximum amount of bets while wagering, time limitation of bonus life, unless otherwise indicated.

5. MAXIMUM BONUS WINS

5.1 Bonuses issued as Goodwill are subject to maximum winnings based on the player’s VIP level:

5.2 If a player's winnings exceed the maximum allowed amount for their VIP level, only the maximum amount will be converted to cash, and any excess winnings will be automatically forfeited at the time of redemption.

5.3. Goodwill bonuses must be used in accordance with the casino’s general bonus terms, including any wagering requirements.

5.4. Spinbet reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Goodwill bonus policy at any time.

6. WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

6.1 The winnings obtained by using bonuses or free spins become available for withdrawal only after meeting the requirements of all wagering rules. Unless otherwise stated in a promotion specific terms then the wagering requirements for free spins is 40x.

6.2 All the bonuses are non-sticky. It means, you cannot request your withdrawal until wagering requirements are fully fulfilled. Also, you start playing for real money first, then for bonus money, and as soon as bonus money is lost, the bonus also gets lost.

6.3 At the end of the bonus period, if the bonus remains valid and the conditions of wagering are not met, all bonus money and winnings are void.

6.4 A player can request a withdrawal of their deposit before meeting the requirements for bonus wagering. In this case, the amount of the bonus and winnings are void, and the remaining funds, if any, are paid to the player.

6.5 A player has the right to cancel any bonuses without proceeding to their wagering, without any loss of their own funds.

6.6 Bonuses are automatically cancelled upon active balance reaching the amount of 0.05 EUR/USD/CAD/NZD/USDT; 0.000001 BTC; 0.00001 ETH; 0.0001 LTC, or less. This term only applies to balance tied to a bonus, i.e. deposit + bonus, or a bonus only (in case of a no deposit bonus), and doesn't apply to funds on player's balance gained from other deposits or bonuses.

7. VIP LEVEL-UP BONUSES & WAGERING REQUIREMENT

7.1. Players who advance to a new VIP level are eligible for a one-time level-up bonus.

7.2. Each level-up bonus is subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawals are permitted:

• Bronze: 40x wagering requirement
• Silver: 30x wagering requirement
• Gold: 20x wagering requirement
• Platinum: 10x wagering requirement
• Diamond+: No wagering requirement

7.3. Wagering must be completed within the specified period (if applicable), or the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.

7.4. Level-up bonuses cannot be stacked with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.

7.5. Spinbet reserves the right to review VIP eligibility and adjust the wagering requirements at its discretion.

8. Referral FTD Bonus & Wagering Requirements

8.1. A $75 bonus will be issued to the referrer when the referred player successfully registers using the referral code and makes a first deposit.

8.2. There is no limit to the number of referral bonuses a player can earn.

8.3. The referral bonus is subject to a 40x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn.

8.4. The referred player must meet all eligibility criteria as per the general terms of the casino. If the referred player’s account is closed, suspended, or flagged for fraudulent activity, the referrer will not receive the bonus.

8.5. The casino reserves the right to hold winnings from referral bonuses until verification details of any referred players are provided and approved. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in the forfeiture of the referral bonus and associated winnings.

8.6. Any abuse of the referral system, including creating multiple accounts to claim the bonus, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and possible account suspension.

8.7. Spinbet reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

9. SPORTSBOOK BONUSES 

9.1 Sports bonus funds can only be used on sports events. The event must conclude within 14 days of activating your bonus; if the bonus expires, it cannot be credited to you. Bonus funds cannot be used on any Boosted Odds or SpinBet Specials markets. Any bets using bonus funds with odds less than $1.50 will not be accepted unless stated otherwise. When bonus funds are used, any winning bet results in a net win return only; the stake of the bonus is retained by SpinBet.

9.2 You must activate your Sports Welcome Bonus prior to depositing. Before spending any real funds, please ensure your bonus has been added. Crypto deposits are not eligible to receive the Welcome Bonus. You must be fully verified before we can process any withdrawals.

10. BONUS TERRITORY RESTRICTIONS

10.1 All the players can take advantage of the bonuses, except for the cases when the bonus has country restrictions, and the player is a citizen of one of these countries. Any bonuses are not available to players from Sweden, including participation in any kind of promotional programs and receiving VIP rewards.

12. BONUS ABUSE

12.1 The player is not allowed to abuse the bonus offers. In case of such abuse the Casino has the right to prohibit the Player to receive any bonuses and to cancel any winnings received using bonus funds, both at the moment of wagering and after it.

12.2 The Player is not allowed to use any strategies while playing with an active bonus in order to fulfil the requirements to wager the bonus. If the Player uses such strategies, and if the Casino has sufficient grounds to believe that the Player's actions are aimed solely to obtain financial benefits using the bonus advantage, then the Casino reserves the right to cancel all Player's winnings.

12.3 Delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited.

12.4 The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited, particularly in the cases when bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature), and then final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 and the bonus feature) are completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering has been met, and converted to cash. All the winnings gained during that play may be considered void.

13. OTHER

13.1 The Casino has the right to revoke any bonuses and winnings, as well as to confiscate all the money in the account if it has been obtained dishonestly or in violation of these rules.

13.2 The Casino reserves the right to amend and supplement these terms at any time.
